Nevada State Board Clinical Examination

No.  A dentist with a temporary license may apply for a permanent unrestricted license without taking the clinical examination after 2 years, if the person has not been involved in a disciplinary action during the time he held a temporary license.

Requirements

Has a valid license to practice dentistry in another state or territory or the District of Columbia

bullet

Has practiced dentistry pursuant to the laws of another state or territory or the District of Columbia for a minimum of five years

bullet

Never had license revoked or suspended in Nevada or any other state or territory or the District of Columbia.

bullet

Never been refused a license a license to practice in Nevada, another state or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia

bullet

Is not involved in or does not have pending a disciplinary action concerning his license to practice dentistry in Nevada, any other state or territory or the District of Columbia.

Pays the application, examination and renewal fees

bullet

Submits the statement required by NRS 631.225 pertaining to payment of child support.
