What is the GBPCA Meeting Manager?
 

The Association is involved in many state-wide activities in order to increase access to health care for all Nevadans.  The Meeting Manager has been developed in order to make it easy for you to get involved with us!  Our mission is to support community-based accessible, quality, and affordable comprehensive Primary Health Care Services.  The GBPCA Meeting Manager is an on-line, interactive website to manage meetings in which the Association is involved.  Click here to learn more about GBPCA.

Who can access the information?
 

The Association has a list of contacts, most using email to communicate.  Anyone with an email address who is in our contact list can access this information.  If you are not currently in our contact list, or are not sure if you are, enter your email address above and click "this is my first time to log in".  If you are already in our contact list, the login will proceed.  If you are not, you will be given an opportunity to add your information and be immediately included!

What about the password?
 

If this is your first time to login, enter your email address, skip the password field, and click "this is my first time to log in".  A temporary password will be sent to your email address.  Use this temporary password to proceed.  After you have successfully logged in, you can change the temporary password (if you choose) or continue to use it.  Of course, the next time you log in, you will only need to enter the password.   A password is required in order to maintain integrity in the information you supply such as  your responses to meetings, contact information, and comments.   Hopefully it will also deter outside mischief.

What can I do once I have logged in? (This is the good part!)
 

The GBPCA Meeting Manager will allow you to:

  • View all meetings throughout the state being managed by the Association with a link called  "Public Meetings". 
  • Limit the view to your meetings with a button called "My Meetings". 
  • Add your name to the invitee list if you would like to attend (if you are not already on the list).  This will also allow us to add you to that group for future email notices & updates on the activities.
  • View meeting details such as date, time, location, agendas, who has been invited, who has responded as attending/declining,  comments from the invitees, files to be downloaded or printed for your pre-meeting review, and even an automatic button to add the meeting to your calendar if you use Microsoft Outlook
  • Respond to meetings that you have been invited to attend or change a previous response
  • View your contact information as we have it listed in our system & send a request for any changes to be made
How will I know if I have been invited to a meeting?
 

If you are in our contact list and have an email address, you will receive an email to alert you to a notice or invitation.  The email will also have a link that will open the information about that specific meeting where you will also view the list of invitees and their responses as well as a place for you to respond to the invitation.  While you are there, take a look around at what else is going on!  We value your participation.
